The Math of Computer Graphics
Every game, film and font on your screen is built from a little mathematics. Light up pixels to draw lines, blend colours with weighted averages, draw smooth Bézier curves by repeated interpolation, move shapes with matrices, flatten 3D worlds onto a 2D screen by dividing by depth, and shade surfaces with dot products.
